POOR QUALITY SERVICE

For our anniversary this year, my wife and I decided to attend the Save Ferris game since we used to be season ticket holders but stopped due to our travel schedules. We splurged on top tickets for the convenience of food service at our seats, as we dislike waiting in long lines for concessions. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed to discover that the promised "in-seat food" service was unavailable, which felt like misleading advertising. The stadium appeared to be severely understaffed, resulting in excessively long concession lines. It's crucial to provide top-notch service to maximize revenue opportunities. I waited more than 20 minutes just to order a Tri-tip sandwich from Kinders. As someone with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, I believe your operation could benefit from better organization to improve efficiency and profitability. I have the option of attending various ball games in Reno, and after experiencing six Aces games this year, we prefer their overall customer experience. Best of luck with your endeavors, but we won't be returning to your ballpark.
